How to Find Your Purpose and Passion

Welcome to my new blog.

Are you feeling lost, stuck, or unfulfilled in your life? Do you wonder what your true calling is, or what makes you happy? If so, you are not alone. Many women struggle to find their purpose and passion in life, especially after going through trauma, abuse, or disappointment in relationships.

But you don't have to settle for a life that doesn't light you up. You can find your purpose and passion, and design your life around them. You can live with meaning, joy, and fulfillment, and share your gifts with the world.

At The Queen Maker, we help women of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities discover the truth of the world and in themselves. We help women heal years' worth of trauma from relationships and understand male psychology, behavior, and the psychology of relationships. We don't preach how women can cater to and support men. But rather preach why women should feel comfortable centering themselves and leaving men to their own devices.

In this blog post, we will share some tips on how to find your purpose and passion in life, and how to pursue them with confidence and courage. Here are the steps you need to take:

1. Explore things you have always wanted to do. One way to find your purpose and passion is to reconnect with your childhood dreams and interests. What did you love to do as a kid? What made you excited and curious? What did you want to be when you grew up? These questions can help you uncover some clues to what you are passionate about. Try to explore these things in your adult life, either as hobbies, side projects, or career options. You might be surprised by how much joy and satisfaction they bring you.

2. Determine your values. Your values are the things that matter most to you in life. They are the principles that guide your decisions and actions. They are also the source of your motivation and fulfillment. Knowing your values can help you find your purpose and passion, because they align with what you care about and what you stand for. To determine your values, think about the times when you felt proud, happy, or fulfilled in your life. What were you doing? Who were you with? What were you contributing to? These experiences can reveal your core values, such as honesty, creativity, compassion, or freedom.

3. Find your true north. Your true north is your inner compass that points you to your true self. It is the essence of who you are, what you are good at, and what you love. Finding your true north can help you find your purpose and passion, because they are expressions of your authentic self. To find your true north, you need to listen to your intuition, your inner voice that knows what is best for you. You also need to pay attention to your strengths, the things that you are naturally good at and enjoy doing. These are the indicators of your potential and your passion.

4. Make a list of things you love to do. Another way to find your purpose and passion is to simply make a list of things you love to do, regardless of whether they are related to your work, your hobbies, or your personal life. These are the things that make you happy, energized, and fulfilled. They are the things that you would do even if you were not paid for them. They are the things that you lose track of time when you are doing them. These are the things that you are passionate about, and they can lead you to your purpose.

5. Assess the things you don’t love. Sometimes, finding your purpose and passion requires you to eliminate the things that you don't love, or that don't serve you. These are the things that drain your energy, that bore you, that frustrate you, or that make you unhappy. They are the things that you do out of obligation, fear, or habit. They are the things that hold you back from living your best life. By assessing the things you don't love, you can create more space and time for the things you do love, and that align with your purpose and passion.

6. Understand your purpose. Your purpose is the reason why you exist, the impact you want to make, and the legacy you want to leave. Your purpose is not a specific job or role, but a broader vision of what you want to contribute to the world. Your purpose can be related to your family, your community, your profession, or your passion. To understand your purpose, you need to ask yourself some deep questions, such as: What is the change I want to see in the world? What is the problem I want to solve? What is the difference I want to make? How do I want to be remembered?

7. Pursue your passion. Once you have a clear idea of your purpose and passion, the next step is to pursue them with all your heart. This means taking action, setting goals, and making plans to turn your dreams into reality. It also means overcoming your fears, doubts, and obstacles that might get in your way. Pursuing your passion requires courage, commitment, and perseverance. But it also brings you joy, fulfillment, and satisfaction. And it inspires others to do the same.

Finding your purpose and passion in life is not a one-time event, but a lifelong journey. It is a process of self-discovery, self-expression, and self-actualization.
